Shipping within Hong Kong and Macau
Hong Kong and Macau will have a $30 shipping Fee for purchases under HK$300
Orders above HK$300 will enjoy free shipping, which includes SF - Pick up points, SF - EF Locker Pickup, or door to door delivery by Hong Kong Post.
Please note that remote areas will be delivered via Hong Kong Post (such as, but not limited to, Tung Chung, Airport, Disneyland, Ma Wan, Noah's Ark, Siu Ho Wan, Outlying Islands and Discovery Bay)
Taiwan will have a HK$50 shipping fee for purchases under HK$500.
Orders above HK$500 will enjoy free shipping.
Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Korea and Japan will have a HK$80 shipping fee for purchases under HK$800.
Oorders above HK$800 will enjoy free shipping.

When will I receive my purchase?
We ship out most packages within 1 to 3 business days from the date of payment except orders using pre-order discount.
Orders using pre-order discounts will be shipped no later than the agreed production end date.
Express shipping will take approximately 1-3 days for delivery, Hong Kong Post may take up to 7 days. For international order, please allow 7-10 days for delivery.
What happens if I need to change my delivery address?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and we will try our best to get it updated. However, in the event that your package has been shipped, a surcharge might be needed for the re-routing.

If you wish to return your purchase, please highlight the item(s) you wish to return and indicate "RETURN" on your invoice.
If you wish to exchange size/color upon specific style in your purchase, please highlight the item(s) that you wish to exchange, and indicate the size or color that you wish to exchange to. Please note that same item is limited for exchange 1 time only.
Item(s) bought on sale are not eligible for return/exchange.
All returns will be refunded via store credit voucher equivalent to the purchase amount with 3 months validation period. You can credit towards your next purchase on our website. Please note that refunded store credit is valid for e-shop only and cannot be used towards purchase in store.
All exchange item(s) will be send to you within 7 business day upon receiving your return package. If an exchange item is no longer available, store credit will be granted instead. If you wish to know the availability of your exchange item(s) before sending back the return packages, you are welcome to email us at email@example.com.
All return/exchange package send to us is at your own cost. We are not liable for any possible lost mail during transit. We strongly encourage you to use trackable delivery methods for your returns. Please keep record of your tracking number when shipping back your return packages to avoid any possible dispute in the event of lost packages.
Criteria for returns:
The item(s) must be in their original conditions, i.e. unaltered, undamaged and unwashed, with the tag intact and in the original packaging.
All returns have to reach us within 7 business days from the date you receive your item. Returns outside the stipulated time frames will not be accepted. Customers found returning/exchanging items repeatedly will be refused.
Upon receiving your return parcel, we will check if the item(s) met all of the qualifying conditions listed above. If yes, the store credit/exchange will be sent to your within 7 business days.
